A su vez, con este proyecto de pa\u00eds se han entretejido v\u00ednculos interinstitucionales entre universidades, gobiernos locales, l\u00edderes y organizaciones comunitarias para la implementaci\u00f3n secuencial de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas dirigidas por el Estado de Nicaragua para la restituci\u00f3n del derecho a la educaci\u00f3n en las zonas rurales del pa\u00eds mediante la calidad educativa en el campo. La educaci\u00f3n es uno de los principales indicadores de desarrollo humano y el programa UNICAM ha contribuido en su alcance desde la construcci\u00f3n de un nuevo sujeto hist\u00f3rico con capacidades para resolver los problemas complejos de sus realidad social y territorial y, con ello, aportar al desarrollo rural del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Palabras clave<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Educaci\u00f3n superior, ruralidad, calidad, aprendizaje, colectividad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">University in the countryside (UNICAM, for its acronym in Spanish) is established as a new education paradigm.&nbsp; It is based on a joint process between the National Council of Universities (CNU, for its acronym in Spanish) and the educational subsystems, with the aim to reinforce rural territories, as well as the capacity building and skills for the key actors, in order to transform their community realities. UNICAM is a national project through wich inter-institutional links have been woven between universities, local governments, community leaders and organizations for the sequential implementation of public policies led by the State of Nicaragua with the aim to restitute right to education in rural areas through quality education in the countryside.
