En este sentido, el trabajo aborda la importancia del programa, logros alcanzados desde su origen, cobertura, actores claves y cantidad de productores beneficiarios de las capacidades t\u00e9cnicas productivas en las diferentes modalidades de aprendizaje.&nbsp; De igual manera, se hace especial menci\u00f3n de la importancia de la participaci\u00f3n de la mujer rural como incentivo de la econom\u00eda familiar. Asimismo, se menciona la experiencia del Instituto Nacional Tecnol\u00f3gico (INATEC) en coordinaci\u00f3n con las instituciones del Sistema Nacional de Producci\u00f3n y Universidad Nacional Agraria (UNA), con las cuales se ha trabajado en el transcurso del periodo 2014-2021. Finalmente, se describe de qu\u00e9 manera el programa beneficia a las familias campesinas y c\u00f3mo ha contribuido con la Madre Tierra mediante la implementaci\u00f3n de pr\u00e1cticas t\u00e9cnicas productivas, amigables con el medioambiente y con la salud del ser humano.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Palabras clave<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Actores clave, beneficiarios, cobertura, logros.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>The purpose of this essay is to deepen&nbsp; the&nbsp; achievements&nbsp; obtained&nbsp; by&nbsp; implementing&nbsp; the&nbsp; technical&nbsp; education program&nbsp; in&nbsp; the&nbsp; countryside,&nbsp; whose&nbsp; purpose&nbsp; has&nbsp; been&nbsp; the&nbsp; strengthening&nbsp; and&nbsp; improvement&nbsp; of&nbsp; productive&nbsp; capacities, as&nbsp; well&nbsp; as&nbsp; the&nbsp; economic&nbsp; progress&nbsp; of&nbsp; Nicaraguan&nbsp; families&nbsp; in&nbsp; rural&nbsp; areas.&nbsp; In&nbsp; this&nbsp; sense,&nbsp; this&nbsp; paper&nbsp; addresses&nbsp; the&nbsp; importance of the program, achievements since its implementation, coverage, key actors, and&nbsp; number&nbsp; of&nbsp; farmers&nbsp; who&nbsp; have&nbsp; been&nbsp; benefited&nbsp; from&nbsp; productive&nbsp; technical&nbsp; skills&nbsp; in different&nbsp; learning&nbsp; modalities.&nbsp; In the same way, the rural woman&nbsp; participation&nbsp; it&nbsp; is&nbsp; also&nbsp; high lighted because of their contribution to the familiar economy. Likewise, it is important to point&nbsp; it&nbsp; out&nbsp; the&nbsp; experience&nbsp; of&nbsp; the&nbsp; Instituto&nbsp; Nacional&nbsp; Tecnol\u00f3gico&nbsp; (INATEC)&nbsp; and&nbsp; its&nbsp; articulation to the Universidad Nacional Agraria (UNA) with whom it has worked hand in hand in the 2014-2019 period.
