La instituci\u00f3n ha evolucionado en una transformaci\u00f3n que no solamente se limita a la b\u00fasqueda de la calidad, sino, a cambios que trastoquen pensamientos, comportamientos, concepciones; es as\u00ed que desde 1991 hasta la fecha, docentes e instructores de la educaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y formaci\u00f3n profesional han venido adquiriendo nuevos conocimientos, as\u00ed como nuevos saberes para implementar competencias pedag\u00f3gicas a trav\u00e9s de una formaci\u00f3n que corresponda a&nbsp; los cambios sociales, pol\u00edticos, t\u00e9cnicos y tecnol\u00f3gicos que a nivel mundial se experimentan d\u00eda a d\u00eda. En este contexto de cambios y evoluciones tecnol\u00f3gicas, ha sido primordial implementar procesos de formaci\u00f3n y actualizaci\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica, t\u00e9cnica, tecnol\u00f3gica dirigida a los docentes\/instructores con perfiles acad\u00e9micos diferentes, bas\u00e1ndose en el Modelo de Formaci\u00f3n de la Educaci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica y Formaci\u00f3n Profesional, as\u00ed como, a los lineamientos pol\u00edticos, econ\u00f3micos, sociales y culturales que tienen como eje fundamental a la persona, su dignificaci\u00f3n y la restituci\u00f3n de sus derechos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Palabras clave <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Formaci\u00f3n docente, educaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica, docentes, formaci\u00f3n profesional.<\/p>\n<p><em>&nbsp;<\/em><strong>Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The National Technological Institute with the aim of transcending and fulfilling with quality, efficiency the mandate to educate and train technically and technologically students or protagonists who year after year join a technology center, has conside-red implementing strategic axes that lead to raising the quality of learning, inclu-ding teacher training, equipment and curriculum. The institution has evolved in a transformation that is not only limited to the search for quality, but to changes that disrupt thoughts, behaviors, conceptions, so from 1991 to date, teachers and ins-tructors of technical education and professional training They have been acquiring new knowledge, as well as new knowledge to implement pedagogical competences through training that correspond to the social, political, technical and technological changes that are experienced day by day worldwide.
