{"id":2231,"date":"2022-07-05T22:17:45","date_gmt":"2022-07-05T22:17:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.indicenicaragua.edu.ni\/repositorio\/?p=2231"},"modified":"2023-09-25T21:23:50","modified_gmt":"2023-09-25T21:23:50","slug":"transformacion-evolutiva-de-la-educacion-tecnica-y-formacion-profesional-en-nicaragua-2007-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/indicenicaragua.edu.ni\/repositorios\/2022\/07\/05\/transformacion-evolutiva-de-la-educacion-tecnica-y-formacion-profesional-en-nicaragua-2007-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"Transformaci\u00f3n evolutiva de la educaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y formaci\u00f3n profesional en Nicaragua (2007-2020)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Evolutionary transformation of technical education and vocational training in Nicaragua (2007-2020) <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&nbsp;<\/em>Loyda Barreda Rodr\u00edguez<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"mailto:lbarreda@inatec.edu.ni\">lbarreda@inatec.edu.ni<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Orcid: 0000-0003-1355-2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resumen <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Catorce a\u00f1os de transformaci\u00f3n evolutiva de la educaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y formaci\u00f3n profesional en Nicaragua se traducen en resultados concretos de un proceso continuo, coherente con las pol\u00edticas, programas y proyectos que se desprenden del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo Humano (PNDH) a partir del a\u00f1o 2007, impulsado por el Gobierno de Reconciliaci\u00f3n y Unidad Nacional (GRUN) para la restituci\u00f3n y permanencia de derechos humanos y sociales del pueblo nicarag\u00fcense. En la educaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y formaci\u00f3n profesional existen diversos indicadores positivos de esta trasformaci\u00f3n evolutiva en el per\u00edodo 2007-2020. Entre ellos destacan el crecimiento de la cobertura nacional a nivel territorial, al pasar de 25 a 153 municipios atendidos en el pa\u00eds; de contar con 26 centros tecnol\u00f3gicos a 45 centros en la actualidad, y el promedio de atenci\u00f3n anual pas\u00f3 de 47 mil a 385 mil protagonistas. Esto ha sido posible gracias a la mejora continua de la calidad educativa cimentada en la transformaci\u00f3n curricular, la creaci\u00f3n del primer centro nacional de formaci\u00f3n de docentes e instructores de la educaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y la formaci\u00f3n profesional, la mejora de la infraestructura y el equipamiento did\u00e1ctico, as\u00ed como la incorporaci\u00f3n, uso y aprovechamiento de las tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n y la comunicaci\u00f3n (TIC), como herramientas indispensables para la educaci\u00f3n, y el aseguramiento de servicios en l\u00ednea basados en un gobierno electr\u00f3nico congruente con las expectativas de la nueva generaci\u00f3n globalizada y cibern\u00e9tica. Durante este proceso se ha creado y fortalecido el modelo de trabajo conjunto con las instituciones del sistema educativo nacional, el Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n (MINED), el Instituto Nacional Tecnol\u00f3gico (INATEC), Sistema Educativo Auton\u00f3mico Regional (SEAR) y el Consejo Nacional de Universidades (CNU), instituciones que han fortalecido este modelo a trav\u00e9s de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Educaci\u00f3n. Desde esta instancia se gestan, se desarrollan y eval\u00faan las estrategias y planes para la mejora continua de la calidad de la educaci\u00f3n en Nicaragua, orientado, en permanente seguimiento y realimentaci\u00f3n del presidente comandante Daniel Ortega Saavedra y la vicepresidenta Cra. Rosario Murillo Zambrana.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Palabras clave<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Transformaci\u00f3n evolutiva, educaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica, formaci\u00f3n profesional, calidad educativa.<\/p>\n<p><em>&nbsp;<\/em><strong>Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fourteen years of evolutionary transformation of technical education and vocatio-nal training in Nicaragua are evidenced in concrete results of a continuous process, consistent with the policies, programs and projects that emerge from the National Human Development Plan (PNDH) and that since 2007, it is promoted by the Government of Reconciliation and National Unity (GRUN), for the restitution and per-manence of human and social rights of the Nicaraguan people. There are several positive indicators of this evolutionary transformation in technical education and vocational training from 2007-2020. Among them, the growth of na-tional coverage at the territorial level stands out, from 25 to 153 municipalities ser-ved in the country; from having 26 to 45 vocational training centers at the present, and the average annual attention went from 47 thousand to 385 thousand protago-nists. This has been possible thanks to the continuous improvement of educational quality based on curricular transformation, the creation of the first national training center for teachers and instructors of technical education and vocational training, the improvement of infrastructure and teaching equipment, as well as the incorpo-ration, use and harnessing of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), as indispensable tools for education, and the assurance of online services based on an electronic government congruent with the expectations of the new globalized generation and cybernetics.
