En Nicaragua, en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os se asiste a una experiencia in\u00e9dita relacionada a la restituci\u00f3n del derecho a la educaci\u00f3n, cuyo referente cercano en el tiempo es la d\u00e9cada de los ochenta en Nicaragua y la revoluci\u00f3n cubana.&nbsp; En las \u00faltimas cuatro d\u00e9cadas el pa\u00eds ha experimentado avances y retrocesos en materia de restituci\u00f3n de derechos, mediadas por modelos socioecon\u00f3micos que han priorizado el mercado y no al ser humano. El Gobierno de Reconciliaci\u00f3n y Unidad Nacional (GRUN) encabezado por el Frente Sandinista de Liberaci\u00f3n Nacional (FSLN) que lleg\u00f3 al poder en 2007, inici\u00f3 un proceso de ruptura del modelo educativo neoliberal impuesto desde la d\u00e9cada del noventa, con el fin de integrar a la poblaci\u00f3n nicarag\u00fcense como protagonista en los planes de desarrollo y de esta manera dar batalla frontal contra la exclusi\u00f3n social, cuya lacra principal es la pobreza. En este sentido, el concepto de Transformaci\u00f3n Evolutiva de la Educaci\u00f3n es clave para la construcci\u00f3n del nuevo modelo educativo, al plantearse de manera simult\u00e1nea revertir los efectos de las pol\u00edticas educativas neoliberales mientras se avanza en cobertura y calidad educativa con equidad y justicia. Este trabajo reflexiona sobre las estrategias para la reconstrucci\u00f3n de la educaci\u00f3n nacional y de las perspectivas dentro de una l\u00f3gica del desarrollo humano, entre otros temas relacionados.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Palabras clave<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gobierno de Reconciliaci\u00f3n y Unidad Nacional, transformaci\u00f3n evolutiva de la educaci\u00f3n, pol\u00edticas educativas neoliberales, restituci\u00f3n de derecho en educaci\u00f3n, desarrollo humano<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Education is in any country an essential component of human development process, along with health sports&nbsp; and culture. In the last years in Nicaragua is happening a novel experience related to restoration of education right, which nearer referent is the eighty decade in Nicaragua and the Cuban revolution. During the last four decades the country has experimented progress and set-backs in restorations of rights issues because of socioeconomic models that have prioritized the market and not to the human being. When The Government of Reconciliation and National Unity (GRUN) headed by The Sandinista Front of National Liberation (FSLN) assumes in 2007, The process of changing the neoliberal education model implemented in the&nbsp; nineties&nbsp; began,&nbsp; with&nbsp; the&nbsp; aim&nbsp; of&nbsp; integrating&nbsp; the&nbsp; Nicaraguan&nbsp; population&nbsp; as a protagonist in development plans, to counteract social exclusion, whose main expression is poverty. In this context the concept of Evolutionary Transformation of Education, is crucial for the new educative model, due to intend simultaneously reverse the effects of neoliberal educational policies while progressing in educational coverage and quality with equity and justice.
